Terms of Sale.

1. Who sells

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made through gethiredtoday.app. By completing a purchase you confirm you are 18 or over and that you accept these terms, our Return Policy and our Privacy Policy.

3. What we sell

• Get Hired Platform: self-paced online access to courses, masterclasses, career library, job board, newsletter and 1 hour of AI mock interview practice, for 3 months from activation. Extra AI mock interview hours can be bought inside the platform.
• Live Cohort Bootcamp: 4 live online sessions of 1.5 hours over one month, in a group of up to 10 people, with recordings and Get Hired Platform access during the bootcamp.
• 1:1 Programs: individual mentoring with Pilar Alfonso Rico and a mentor matched to your target role, available by application.
• 1:1 session: a single one-hour session, available to Get Hired Platform users.

The content, duration and price of each product are described on its page at the time of purchase. All content and sessions are in English. Live sessions run in Central European Time.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees and no automatic renewals.

5. How to buy

• Get Hired Platform: pay through our Stripe checkout. You receive a confirmation email and an invitation to create your password and access the platform.
• Live Cohort Bootcamp: reserve your spot with the form. We confirm availability by email and send you a payment link. Your spot is secured once payment is made.
• 1:1 Programs: send your application. If it is a good fit, we send you a proposal and a payment link.

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We send you a confirmation by email that you can keep.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe with the methods shown at checkout. Payment is made in a single charge. If you need an invoice, write to info@gogotechy.com.

7. Access and use

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login, or record, copy or redistribute the materials. You can extend your Get Hired Platform access at a 20% discount. 1:1 sessions are booked through our calendar and can be rescheduled for free with at least 24 hours' notice.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

The Get Hired Platform includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. All purchases are subject to your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer. The details are in our Return Policy.

9. Results

We train and prepare you for job search and interviews. We do not guarantee a job offer, a specific employer or a specific salary, as these depend on factors outside our control.

10. Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints

For any complaint, write to info@gogotechy.com and we will answer within 30 days. Official complaint forms are available on request.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring any claim before the courts of your domicile.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you make your purchase.
