1. Get Hired Platform: 7-day money-back guarantee

If the Get Hired Platform is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, no explanation needed. Extra AI mock interview hours bought inside the platform and already used are not refundable. Access is never renewed or charged again automatically.

2. Live Cohort Bootcamp and 1:1 Programs

The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the Live Cohort Bootcamp, the 1:1 Programs or individual 1:1 sessions. You keep the legal right of withdrawal described below.

Live Cohort Bootcamp: if you withdraw within 14 days of payment and the bootcamp has not started, you get a full refund. If you asked us to give you access before the 14 days end (for example, platform access or a session that already took place), we deduct the part already delivered.
1:1 Programs and 1:1 sessions: if you withdraw within 14 days of payment, we refund the amount minus the sessions already delivered. You can reschedule a session for free with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Digital content (Get Hired Platform): when you buy, you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts. The 7-day guarantee in section 1 applies anyway.
Services (bootcamp and 1:1): if you ask us to start within the 14 days, you pay for the part delivered up to the moment you withdraw. Once the service is fully delivered at your request, the right of withdrawal ends.

4. How to ask for a refund or withdraw

Email info@gogotechy.com from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund request", your full name and the product. You can also use the model form below, although it is not required. We confirm your request within 2 working days and refund you through the original payment method within 14 days from the day we receive it, at no cost to you.
