Digital marketing and sales expert working for the world’s leading tech companies. Born with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, I started my professional journey at Google after completing my MBA. That has taken me to other high-profile companies such as Meta and TikTok, where I continue, as Head of Startups and VC´s for the Spanish market. I have lived in eight different countries, immersing myself in diverse cultures and gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the global market. In addition to my work in the tech industry, I am also an Adjunct Professor at IE University, where I teach Strategies in a Disruptive World, trying to make an impact into the next generation of business leaders. Beyond my professional achievements, I am also a mentor and trainer, helping people prepare for interviews and land their dream jobs in the tech world.

Matteo Tonarelli

Regional Vice President at Salesforce and former Head of Partner Operations at YouTube.

Matteo has been working for the last two years as Regional Vice President at Salesforce leading a team of +30 Account Executives across Southern Europe. Previously, Matteo worked for 7 years at Google, covering roles such as EMEA Head of Partner Operations at YouTube in London and Head of New Business Iberia at Google Dublin. Before Google, Matteo worked for 6 years in the development of startups across Africa and SouthEast Asia. Matteo was an interviewer both at Google and Salesforce and has interviewed more than 1000 candidates for these companies.
